We deliver learn to meditate and mindfulness courses and workshops in Coburg. Participants will be introduced to a range of meditation and mindfulness techniques that are simple and practical to implement, and easy to remember. As a result of attending the course, relaxing the body and calming the mind will be a skill you can draw upon anywhere and at any time.

The course is delivered on Monday nights between 7 and 8:30pm over a six week period. Please note we are only at the venue while the course is in session (ie, 1.5 hours each week).
