Yoga classes

Melbourne Mindfulness Foundation partners with Oshun Retreat to deliver yoga classes and courses in Preston. The classes cover all aspects of yoga – asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), yogic mantras, yoga niddra (relaxation techniques) and much more. Everyone is welcome and no prior experience is necessary!
