The Mindful Self-Compassion course delivered in Preston teaches the skill of self-compassion. As a result of cultivating this skills, participants learn to respond to difficult moments with kindness, care and understanding.
This internationally recognised course is based on the ground-breaking research of Professor Kristen Neff and clinical experience of psychologist Christopher Germer.
